Consumer Debit Card*

Our Consumer debit card can be attached to any consumer checking account. This debit card can be used for purchases wherever Mastercard, Cirrus, or SHAZAM are accepted or for withdrawing cash from thousands of ATMs nationwide. Purchases and cash withdrawals are debited directly out of your Laona State Bank consumer checking account. If linked, you may also access your savings account for cash withdrawals or transferring funds at an ATM. When using Laona State Bank terminals, your transfers and withdrawals are surcharge free. 

^{Business Debit Card*}

Our Business debit card works just like the consumer card but can be attached to any business checking account. Businesses can set parameters for each card linked to the business account so you are in control of whether the cards can access ATMs or if you'd like to set different daily purchase limits on individual cards.

Health Savings Account (HSA) Debit Card*

Access funds from your HSA checking account to pay for eligible expenses quickly and easily using your Laona State Bank HSA debit card. You can pay for HSA-eligible products and services right at the point-of-sale. Payments are deducted from your HSA account, allowing you to swipe, pay, and move on with your day. 

ATM Card*

Our ATM card is a simple way to access your savings account funds from an ATM. You can avoid unnecessary fees by using one of Laona State Bank's terminals. 

*A checking account in good standing is required. Debit and ATM cards are subject to approval.

Instant issues consumer debit cards are here! No more waiting weeks for your new debit card or to replace a lost or damaged card! We are excited to offer same-day debit card issuance on our consumer debit cards at the following locations:

If you are unable to visit one of our branches that provide this service, we can have your card delivered to a branch of your choosing for convenient pickup.

Activating New Cards and Customizing PINs

Debit Cards: To active your debit card and customize your PIN, call 1-800-717-4923. You must call from the main phone number listed on your account and will be asked security questions. 

ATM Cards: ATM Cards will have the PIN mailed separately from the actual card. To activate the ATM card, you will need to initiate a transaction or balance inquiry at an ATM with the PIN that was mailed to you. You can customize the PIN by contacting a Laona State Bank debit card representative who will give you a reference # and then calling the toll-free phone number above.

Reporting Your Card Lost or Stolen

If your debit or ATM card is lost or stolen, please call 1-800-383-8000.

Disputing a Transaction

To Report fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, contact SHAZAM Dispute Services at 1-833-288-1126. Please have your card and/or account information available.
